HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For purchases made November 14 - December 24, 2025
We will gladly accept merchandise (for return or exchange) in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
*Returns with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit or exchange.
Refunds: Returns brought or mailed back within 14 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or refund to the original form of payment. Day of delivery counts as day 1!
Store Credit: Returns mailed outside of our standard 14-day refund window will receive store credit only.
Holiday purchases must be returned (or mailed) by January 15th.
All jewelry, fragrances and sale items are FINAL SALE.

- Regular priced items within 7 days of purchase to original form of payment
- Up to 14 days for store credit
- In original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging, tags still on merchandise
- All sale items, fragrances and jewelry are FINAL SALE
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges or restocking fees for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
What if I have questions about a return?
- Email us at returns@swishavenue.com with your order number and the item you are returning
- A follow up email will be sent to you within 24 hrs with return instructions
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and we verify the item is returnable, we'll process repayment.
- Credits will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
